We are a new primary care clinic at the heart of Kapolei, located at Kealanani Plaza along Farrington H-way.
We have exceeded our expectations from the support of the community since our door opens, we are thankful.
We accept new patients.
We prefer appointments but will accommodate LIMITED walk-in or same-day appointments.
WE are a new medical clinic in Kapolei, Hawaii dedicated to offering exceptional primary health care services to all.
WE provide personalized patient-centered services that include preventative and treatment management of acute and chronic conditions, coordination of care, healthcare maintenance, and wellness promotion to the community of Kapolei and its neighboring areas.
Our main office is open Monday through Saturday.
8 am - 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8 am - 12 noon on Wednesday
9 am -1 pm on Saturday
WE are also excited to announce that we will offer an after-office hour by appointment only on our satellite location at Mehana community. We understand the importance of balancing work and a healthy life, and we are happy to cater to your healthcare needs and your schedule.
Our after-hours service in our satellite location in Mehana community is NOT OPEN YET but hoping it will commence sometimes in 2026 or beyond.

Introducing Dr. Ian Guerrero, a Board-certified Internist, and his wife Marife Solomon, a Doctor of Nursing Practice, bringing with them vast experience in medicine from previous affiliated institutions both in the outpatient and inpatient settings. These experiences better prepared them to deliver the best care possible for their patients in the primary care setting in a professional, holistic & family-oriented approach. They are deeply passionate about these core values to be the foundation of a strong provider-patient relationship that will last and succeed.
